Creating purchase orders and change orders

Filing Liens and Notice to Owners.

 

Using QuickBooks on a day-to-day basis.

 

Organizing paperwork for all current and past projects.

Using communication skills to speak with customers for material orders and labor.

 

Finding labor for in and out of state projects.

 

Assist the Commercial Coordinator with day to day operations.

Develop and maintain price, marketing, customer and supplier data bases.

Following up week by week on which vendors will get paid for completed work.
